The Community Resource Center (CRC) Strategy and Data Analytics Program Manager III is a pivotal role within L.A. Care Health Plan, responsible for the comprehensive assessment of needs, conception, execution, and oversight of strategic programs that have been approved and budgeted by L.A. Care (LAC), Leadership, and the Board of Governors. These programs are designed to span multiple functions and departments, representing significant enterprise investments in infrastructure and process excellence. The Program Manager III will lead the strategy, data analytics, and program management resources' allocations to support CRC business units in the planning and delivery of large-scale programs. This position will serve as a program lead, supporting executive and senior management, as well as a cross-functional team, in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at providing clinical services at the CRCs. In this role, the CRC Program Manager is tasked with managing a diverse range of programs while maximizing return on investments (ROI) and value delivery. This includes overseeing CRC data analytics initiatives, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the integration of CRC data into the enterprise. The Program Manager will lead complex program objectives, manage change, and resolve issues that span project teams and departments. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Program Manager will also serve as a resource and mentor for other staff, leveraging demonstrated expertise in key communication and collaboration competencies. The responsibilities of the Program Manager III encompass strategy development, data reporting and analysis, program management, performance monitoring, collaboration, and effective communication. The role requires conducting data-driven analyses to identify opportunities aligned with CRC and enterprise goals, generating reports, and leading data analysis to derive actionable insights. The Program Manager will also define and implement metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor program performance, engage with stakeholders, and foster positive relationships among cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead the CRC Technology Workgroup to oversee enhancements or changes to the CRC program in Salesforce, ensuring successful implementation and integration of technology solutions.
