About the position

The Community Resource Development Support Specialist at Circle of Care for Families and Children is responsible for supporting the Community Resource Development team and assisting with the daily operations of the Circle of Care Youth Center. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, facilitating community events, and maintaining a database of community resources to enhance outreach efforts and educate stakeholders about the Youth Center's services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of scheduling for staff and community partnership events.
• Be present at scheduled events to support outreach efforts.
• Educate staff, system partners, community stakeholders, and youth & families about the Youth Center.
• Help with the preparation and facilitation of events both in the community and at the Youth Center.
• Maintain a database of community resources and post updates on agency social media accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related Social Science, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Passaic County resources preferred.
