About the position

The Community Sales Manager for New Home Sales at Valor Communities is responsible for driving sales in the home-building industry. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can effectively engage with potential customers, manage sales processes, and promote the company's brand. The position offers significant earning potential and requires a commitment to customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers through self-marketing efforts such as networking and building relationships with Realtors and Brokers.
  • Promote the company brand and products at every opportunity.
  • Provide follow-up with all customers and Realtors who visit the community or express interest in the product.
  • Be available for Grand Openings, Sales Events, and host Realtor and Client Outreach.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in Retail, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality, or New Home Sales.
  • Self-motivated and coachable with a willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow a proven sales path.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with good listening skills and integrity.
  • Strong work ethic and meticulous writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to use a CRM daily.
  • Current (State) Real Estate license or willingness to obtain it within 60 to 90 days.

Benefits
