Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve occupancy goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Conduct tours of the community and provide information about services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance community visibility and outreach.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the community.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to ensure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the senior living industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
