The Community Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of new home sales and marketing within one or multiple developments, adhering to Rausch Coleman Homes' standards and processes. This role requires a proactive approach to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. The Community Sales Manager will maintain the inventory of homes in a presentable condition, working closely with the construction field manager, and will implement the company's sales policies and procedures. In this position, the Community Sales Manager will also coordinate the maintenance of sales literature in model homes, ensuring that all necessary documents are available and up to date. Record keeping is a critical aspect of this role, including managing sales contracts, daily contact logs, and weekly sales reports. Effective communication with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, customers, and other employees is essential. Participation in sales meetings and training sessions will also be required, along with generating traffic through the neighborhood to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Overall coordination of new home sales and marketing within developments according to company standards.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain the inventory of homes in a presentable condition with the construction field manager.
  • Direct and implement 'A Typical Day in Sales'.
  • Implement company policies, required paperwork, procedures, and philosophies.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of proper sales literature in model homes.
  • Record keeping including sales contracts, daily contact logs, and weekly sales reports.
  • Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, customers, and other employees.
  • Participate in weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings and/or seminars.
  • Ensure all contracts are published and delivered through IHMS.
  • Generate 50% of the traffic through the neighborhood.

Requirements

  • Ability to use a computer to submit weekly and daily reports and/or status updates.
  • Ability to direct paperwork flow from sales office to the main office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve division sales goals.
