About the position

The Community Sales Manager at TerraBella Epps Bridge is responsible for driving occupancy in the Independent Senior Living community by engaging with seniors and their families, conducting tours, and hosting events. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding sales motivations, and achieving sales goals, all while contributing to a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with seniors and their families to explore living options.
  • Conduct community tours and host events to build occupancy.
  • Create a Business Development plan to educate professionals about the community.
  • Meet Move In goals to grow occupancy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with proven results, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
