About the position

The Community Sales Manager at Atria Senior Living is responsible for achieving revenue goals through effective lead generation and conversion strategies. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with local influencers, collaborating with community teams, and utilizing sales data to create actionable plans. The position emphasizes the importance of community engagement and marketing to enhance the reputation and awareness of the community, ultimately leading to increased resident commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals through lead generation and conversion activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers to increase community awareness.
  • Partner with General Managers/Executive Directors to implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Review and analyze sales data to create goals and action plans.
  • Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion.
  • Work with paid referral partners to convert leads into confirmed move-ins.
  • Respond to potential leads with timely follow-up and maintain CRM system.
  • Conduct tours with prospective residents and interested parties.
  • Facilitate training and coaching for community staff on inquiry calls and tours.
  • Make outbound sales calls to schedule community visits.
  • Promote and facilitate events that drive lead generation and community tours.
  • Manage the community marketing budget and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain an effective internal referral program with residents.
  • Ensure community areas are staged and marketable according to company standards.
  • Negotiate rental agreement terms with prospective residents.
  • Visit competitors regularly to gather market information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Skilled in creating relationships through various communication methods.
  • Exceptional persuasive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high demand for results.
  • Proficient with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local market.
