About the position

As a Community Sales Manager at Brookdale Club Hill, you will play a pivotal role in guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, ensuring they receive the support and information they need to make informed decisions about their living arrangements. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will be actively engaging with potential residents both inside and outside the community. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with local professionals, such as medical and financial advisors, to generate referral leads, and collaborating with community leadership to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at achieving revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale is committed to your success and offers a comprehensive onboarding and orientation program that spans three weeks. This program includes in-depth training on Brookdale's unique sales approach, access to systems designed to facilitate your success, and one-on-one coaching with your District Director. Additionally, you will have opportunities for ongoing education to enhance your knowledge and skills, as well as customized marketing tools tailored to your community's specific needs. With a network of nearly 675 communities across 41 states, you will be part of a larger mission-driven organization that values integrity and relationships. Responsibilities

  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
  • Generate professional referral leads from local medical, financial, and legal professionals, as well as religious leaders and other organizations.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and orientation program to learn Brookdale's sales approach and systems.
  • Engage in ongoing monthly continuing education for professional growth and knowledge enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in senior living.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in senior living sales is preferred.
