The Community Sales Manager will represent Ashton Woods Homes, ensuring that all communications regarding company policies and procedures are clear and professional. Candidates should possess a strong command of Sales PRO concepts and Lead Management Systems, as these will be essential in managing customer relationships and driving sales success. The Community Sales Manager will work primarily at the sales office and model homes during designated company hours. They will be responsible for delivering effective sales presentations that align with company standards and effectively communicating product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and the mortgage process to guide customers through their home buying journey. This role requires a thorough understanding of sales agreements and addendums, ensuring they are completed accurately and delivered promptly to customers. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Community Sales Manager will utilize the CRM/lead system to track homebuyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Achieving sales goals while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating is crucial. Staying informed about community information, such as schools, shopping, and recreational areas, is also essential to assist customers effectively. The role includes ensuring that all selling materials are well-stocked and compliant with company specifications, maintaining on-site signage, and setting up weekly visits with realtors to generate referral sales. Understanding the competitive landscape and preparing accurate reports on competition, sales, and traffic will also be part of the responsibilities.
