About the position

The Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers is responsible for creating meaningful relationships with home buyers and guiding them through the home buying process. This role involves managing a model home, generating traffic, and enhancing customer experiences while also engaging with the community and realtors. The CSM operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to plan community events and assist buyers in exploring their home options. This position is commission-based, offering strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the model home and operate it as a business.
  • Generate traffic to the model home and create a positive customer experience.
  • Build relationships with home buyers, realtors, and the community.
  • Plan and execute community events to engage potential buyers.
  • Assist home buyers in exploring their options and making informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of Idaho.
  • Minimum of two years of residential production home selling experience or equivalent commissioned sales experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
