About the position

The Community Schools Afterschool Coach at Redline Athletics in Bowie, MD, is responsible for training elementary and middle school students in various sports. This part-time role focuses on skill development and enhancing the lives of young athletes through energetic and motivating coaching. Responsibilities

• Train elementary and middle school kids in various sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, and baseball/softball.
• Assist with skill training and development for youth athletes.
• Engage with students in a motivating and energetic manner to enhance their sports performance.
• Work with the Redline team to implement afterschool sports programming in partnership with local schools.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in teaching or coaching sports is preferred.
• Valid CPR Certification is required.

• Experience playing professional or collegiate sports.
