About The Position
As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for representing the brand within multiple partner stores, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales through exceptional customer experiences. This role involves training and demonstrating Apple products, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and influencing customer engagement even when not physically present in the stores. You will work closely with partner resellers to create excitement around Apple products and services, while also providing feedback to improve the customer journey.
