About the position

The Community Specialist at lululemon is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, focusing on engaging with the local community through relationship building, events, and product seeding. This role aims to enhance guest experiences and establish key partnerships with local influencers and ambassadors, ensuring the store serves as a community hub.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the community strategy and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage relationships with local key partners such as Ambassadors and studio owners.
• Engage with the local community to identify potential Ambassadors and increase store visibility.
• Connect with guests on the sales floor to assess their needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Analyze community-related business data to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients or partners.
• Experience in motivating team members to achieve goals.
