About the position

The Community Specialist at lululemon is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, which involves engaging with the local community through relationship building, events, and supporting lululemon product initiatives. This role focuses on developing and maintaining key relationships with community partners and providing an exceptional guest experience in-store. The Community Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the store's presence as a community hub and ensuring a seamless connection between guests and lululemon's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the community strategy and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage relationships with local Ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners to boost guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify potential Ambassadors and enhance the store's community standing.
• Connect with guests on the sales floor to assess their needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Analyze community-related business data to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store's location.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients or partners.
