The role requires the ability to mediate conflicts, respond to emergencies, and assist residents with their concerns, escalating issues to the Residential Services Manager when necessary. The Community Specialist will also handle administrative tasks, such as coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records of significant events and operations.
