About the position
The Community Standards Coordinator at CCMC is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service in all resident interactions, addressing inquiries related to HOA governing documents and violations. This role involves conducting community inspections, documenting violations, and assisting homeowners with the Architectural Review process, all while promoting a resident-centric focus in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
- Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
- Document, photograph, and record all violations.
- Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
- Prepare applications for committee review.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
