About The Position
The Community Support Assistant (CSA) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive community-based residential and support services to individuals with mental health, intellectual, and addiction needs. This position focuses on hands-on, intensive skill-building interventions to promote independence and well-being among clients. The CSA collaborates with Community Support Specialists to help clients achieve their aspirations through person-centered, strengths-based, and culturally competent methods. The role also includes performing various duties as assigned, with a strong emphasis on supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and addiction.
