About the position

The Community Support Specialist serves as an administrative assistant to the property management team and Regional Operations, focusing on various administrative functions. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a career path in property management or general business operations, providing excellent customer service and support to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Association Managers and Regional Directors.
  • Activate and distribute access devices/fobs.
  • Send out correspondence via letters, emails, and phone blasts.
  • Prepare for annual meetings and elections.
  • Track returned nominations and proxies.
  • Update and upload data and documents into company systems.
  • Assist with homeowner compliance responses and escalations.
  • Update community calendars.
  • Maintain and process operational report requests.
  • Collaborate in the management of the mail room and office supplies.
  • Maintain current and accurate work logs and billing reports.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
