About the position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Community Support Professionals (CSPs) for its Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP). This program is dedicated to providing personal growth opportunities for adults aged 21 and over who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, emotional and/or behavioral differences, and brain injuries. The primary goal of CAAPP is to facilitate participants in becoming more independent, productive, and socially connected members of their local communities. You will utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve their goals across home, community, and work settings. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing progress notes and data collection for each participant, ensuring that their development is tracked effectively. Collaboration with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist will also be part of your role, as you work together to identify areas of strength and need for each participant.
