Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, and eating meals.
• Support individuals with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Help maintain cleanliness inside the home.
• Assist individuals in reaching personal goals outlined in their Individual Service Plans.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses.
• High School diploma or GED required with proof.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and physical examination.
• Must complete a reading and comprehension quiz.
