Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support in clients' homes and communities.
• Assist clients in navigating complex systems and connecting them with resources.
• Drive clients to appointments and daily activities to strengthen their living skills.
• Create and implement plans for symptom management and teach coping skills.
• Document clients' experiences and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate client care and address challenges.

Requirements

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to a car.
• Willingness to provide transportation to clients.
• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of supervised clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with 2 years of supervised clinical experience, or a Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
