The Community Support Specialist - Youth at Compass Health Network plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between children, families, schools, and external systems. You will assist clients and their families in creating Wellness Plans, focusing on a holistic, person-centered approach that incorporates the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. Driving is an essential function of this position, as you will be required to meet clients in their homes and schools.
