About the position

The Community Support Specialist (CSP) plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support and coordination for various activities of daily living. This position is designed for those who are passionate about helping others achieve independence and engage fully in their communities. The CSP works one-on-one with clients, assisting them in areas such as community participation, hobbies, recreational activities, and essential life skills. This includes support for banking and budgeting, vocational training, health safety, wellness, household management, and adaptive living skills. The goal is to empower clients to maintain their independence and participate in community life to the fullest extent possible.
