Responsibilities

• Ensuring health, safety, dignity, and individual rights of learners at all times
• Provide service delivery as scheduled and as defined in learner's homes and local communities
• Participate in observation and basic data collection to help shape goals/objectives
• Complete and submit all daily progress notes and timesheets in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members as needed
• Adhere to ACCS Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, car registration and inspection stickers required
• High school diploma or GED required
• PA Background check with no criminal record (FBI fingerprinting for candidates out of state)
• Previous experience in related field highly preferred
