Responsibilities

• Assist the individual with social and communication goals during daily activities.
• Provide support in both home and community settings.
• Ensure safety and health goals are met without physical assistance.
• Maintain dependable transportation and auto insurance for travel to various locations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in home care is preferred.
• First Aid Certification is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience providing individual support for at least 1 year.
