Responsibilities

• Support individuals in community participation, including mobility, safety, and resource access.
• Assist with health, safety, and wellness by arranging healthcare and providing guidance for self-care activities.
• Provide household management support, including budgeting, cooking, and personal needs purchasing.
• Implement adaptive skills training, including crisis prevention and positive behavior support strategies.
• Assist with employment development services, including defining work goals and creating a benefits plan.
• Provide employment support services, including job coaching, workplace self-care, and job-related counseling.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18 years.
• Must successfully clear a DHS background check.
• Must have a current driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must demonstrate patience, compassion, flexibility, and dependability.
• Must possess effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
