The role is part-time and requires travel within the Wright County area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist clients with community participation and recreational activities.
• Support clients in banking and budgeting tasks.
• Facilitate vocational training and job searches.
• Promote health, safety, and wellness among clients.
• Help clients with household management and adaptive living skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance are necessary.
• Ability to pass a background check through the MN Dept. of Human Services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
