You will review the daily schedule to coordinate transportation needs within the community, ensuring that participants can access necessary services and activities. Accurate documentation of all transports within the electronic record system is also a key responsibility, as it helps maintain accountability and track progress. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the good working condition of company vehicles, which is vital for the safety and reliability of transportation services provided to participants.

Responsibilities

  • Building rapport with participants
  • Reviewing daily schedule to coordinate participant transportation needs within the community
  • Documenting all transports within electronic record system
  • Maintaining good working condition of company vehicles

Requirements

  • Valid Class E Driver's License - comfort transporting groups in a vehicle provided by company
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in social service or transportation
  • CPR / Adult First Aid preferred
