About the position

This position is centered around supervising the concierge team, which includes responsibilities such as hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and overseeing all related duties. You will be responsible for entering fixed asset requests into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for approval, ensuring that our resources are managed effectively. Additionally, you will print and distribute monthly resident statements, guiding residents to centralized billing for any support they may need with their questions. Your role will also involve gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information for executive use in various formats, including memos, letters, reports, speeches, and presentations. You will provide essential support and backup to other teams, including human resources, customer service, operations, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our community runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinating large, complex meetings that span multiple days, locations, and departments will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will preparing documents such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and reports for various audiences and stakeholders. Monitoring and reviewing expenditures related to the department's budget will also be part of your duties, ensuring that we remain within our financial parameters while delivering exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare.
