About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Weekend Companion for an elderly female resident in Greenport, NY. This part-time position requires availability every weekend, specifically on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The role is essential in providing companionship and support to enhance the quality of life for our client. The ideal candidate will assist with evening routines, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment, while also engaging in meaningful conversations and recreational activities. Light household tasks may also be part of the responsibilities, contributing to a nurturing atmosphere for the elderly individual. This position is private pay, offering a competitive rate of $20 per hour, with payments made weekly.
