About the position

The Companion Sales Territory Manager position at Enovis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about animals and eager to build a successful sales career in the veterinarian industry. This role involves selling a range of Companion Animal Health products, including laser therapy devices, stance analyzers, and regenerative medicine solutions, to clinicians and veterinary professionals. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for both field and promotional work, focusing on relationship management to develop new business and nurture existing accounts. This position allows for flexibility in setting your own hours and requires frequent travel, primarily local, but may include some non-local and overnight trips. In this role, you will have the chance to meet and exceed established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You will demonstrate products and provide application advice to customers, coordinate technical engineering services to meet customer needs, and prepare price quotations while negotiating terms of sale within your authority. Additionally, you will gather and analyze data related to marketing trends and competitive products, submitting reports to management to inform strategic decisions. The position also emphasizes the development of essential skills such as organizational abilities, customer service focus, initiative, thoroughness, time management, and effective communication. Enovis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 and a guaranteed minimum commission of $70,000 in the first year, with top producers earning over $300,000 annually. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for field and promotional work and relationship management to sell and develop new and existing business
  • Responsible for the sales of all Companion Animal Health product lines including laser therapy, stance analyzer, and regenerative medicine
  • Work with current major accounts, development of new territories, new industries, or with customers where the full market potential or product acceptance has not been established
  • Meet and exceed established Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales goals
  • Demonstrates products/services and provides product application advice
  • Coordinates company technical engineering services to develop solutions to customers' needs
  • Prepares price quotations, communicates or negotiates terms and conditions of sales within limits of authority, and writes orders subject to company policy
  • Develops data relative to marketing trends, competitive products and pricing, and submits marketing reports to management
  • As required, prepares and submits reports on sales and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of 1 year sales experience
  • Associates degree preferred, BS/BA in Business Administration or Health Science preferred
