Wells Fargo is seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Compensation team within HR Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to support the evolution of the compensation product as we strive to deliver thoughtful and effective solutions for managers across the globe. Reporting to the Product Management Senior Manager of Compensation, this role will play a valuable role within the Compensation Product team. As part of the Agile team, the Compensation Analyst will collaborate with members of the product team in the delivery of streamlined and effective solutions to compensation programs across the enterprise. In this role, the Compensation Analyst will work closely with members of the Compensation product team to support configuration and testing activities aligned to roadmap priorities and/or issue mitigation. The analyst will partner with technology and business groups to build and/or re-engineer Compensation technical and business processes and Workday business processes for greater efficiencies, which will have a significant impact on the business. Engaging with Business Partners to capture detailed requirements will be essential, as these will be used to formulate Jira user stories to be executed by the Compensation product team. The role also involves writing effective user stories with clear descriptions and user acceptance criteria that capture the detailed requirements, as well as writing clear test scripts and testing criteria in support of User Acceptance Testing. The Compensation Analyst will execute testing of user stories during product sprints, which includes setting up scenarios, loading sample data, and capturing detailed results of each test. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires the candidate to be based in one of the specified locations or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Relocation assistance is not available for this position, and the role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
