About the position

The Compensation Analyst for Executive Compensation at CommonSpirit Health plays a vital role in supporting the organization's compensation programs, focusing on executive compensation and incentive programs. This position involves the administration, analysis, and improvement of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with guidelines. The analyst will engage in market surveys, data analysis, and provide insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in the administration of incentives and awards programs.
  • Ensure accurate creation and setup of new incentive enrollment profiles and participant eligibility.
  • Participate in the annual review and maintenance of HR systems for the incentive process.
  • Engage in the monthly incentive enrollment process, confirming eligibility and documenting participant movement.
  • Support year-end incentives and awards administration, including validation of goals, calculations, and payroll submissions.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on executive compensation, including job reviews and market pricing.
  • Maintain standards for benchmarking compensation and ensure consistency in methodologies.
  • Provide data to external compensation consulting organizations for comparative analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and technology related to compensation programs.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation-related data in information systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or five years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree.
  • Two years of compensation, human resources, or finance experience.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR Technology applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in presentation and education skills, including delivery and communications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Infor HRIS Software System.
