About the position

As a Compensation Analyst at Hitachi Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in leading the operational delivery of our global Short Term Incentive Programs. This position is designed to cover for a maternity leave and is expected to last for a fixed term of three months. You will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of these programs aligns with the guidelines and timelines set by Hitachi Digital Companies. Your role will involve providing comprehensive analysis and reporting related to bonuses, including bonus pool modeling and data consolidation, which are essential for effective decision-making across the organization. In addition to managing the annual Short Term Incentive programs, you will monitor the integrity and validity of the data used in these processes.
