About the position

The Compensation Analyst/HR Manager at Athena Consulting LLC is responsible for managing compensation contracts for Physicians, Residents, and Fellows. This role ensures compliance with payment agreements for both employed and independent providers, while also supporting compensation programs through the implementation of policies and procedures. The position involves significant analytical work related to compensation systems and processing various supplemental compensation payments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation contracts for Physicians, Residents, and Fellows.
  • Ensure compliance with payment agreements for employed and independent providers.
  • Identify and report any irregularities to the SVP of Operations.
  • Support compensation programs by implementing standard policies and procedures.
  • Process all supplemental compensation payments, including signing bonuses and stipends.
  • Maintain documentation for all payments, including offer letters and employment agreements.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
  • 2+ years of compensation healthcare experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
