Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Complete survey benchmark reviews and data-driven compensation reviews.
• Manage compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Support system enhancements and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective compensation programs.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in Human Resources, Compensation, HR analyst, or similar roles.
• Minimum two years of intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• General understanding of HR business processes and procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis and some financial modeling.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of three years of direct compensation experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
