About the position

The Compensation Analyst position at OneDigital is designed to provide high-quality support to the compensation team and clients. The role involves conducting market research and basic compensation analysis, including market pricing and job evaluation. The analyst will classify positions, prepare reports, and participate in quality review processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality client products. Responsibilities

  • Participates in compensation consulting projects including market pricing, job classifications, job design, and compensation structure development.
  • Utilizes published compensation surveys to research positions, compile market data, and prepare market pricing reports.
  • Performs data entry and conducts audits and reviews to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
  • Researches topics and drafts/edits slides and other documents for webinars, newsletters, and client events.
  • Creates and revises job descriptions and job families for clients that accurately describe job duties and responsibilities.
  • Participates in process assessments to optimize efficiency and implements changes based on team feedback.
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients.
  • May participate in special projects related to new legislation and key trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 0-3 years of compensation or human resources experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis and data entry skills.
  • Strong knowledge of office software including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and wage and hour laws preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate needs of management and clients and respond accordingly.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with compensation analysis tools or software.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and market data analysis.
