The Judge Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a supply chain and logistics company located in the Downers Grove, IL area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the company's compensation practices are competitive and equitable. The Compensation Analyst will conduct thorough job evaluations, market analyses, and research to inform compensation decisions and program recommendations. This involves ensuring alignment between job descriptions and the actual job duties performed by employees, which is essential for maintaining accurate compensation structures. In addition to job evaluations, the Compensation Analyst will identify process improvement opportunities for business processes related to compensation. This includes documenting new procedures and business process workflows to enhance efficiency. The role also involves participating in third-party compensation surveys to benchmark the company's compensation practices against industry standards. The analyst will research peer companies and external markets to stay informed about compensation trends, which is vital for making informed recommendations. The Compensation Analyst will analyze job profiles and specifications using job evaluation and leveling techniques. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in the Supply Chain industry is helpful.
  • Railroad industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Payfactors proficiency is a plus.
  • Union Environment Experience.
