The Compensation Analyst I position at Baptist Health Arkansas is a full-time role within the Human Resources team, focusing on conducting job analyses, preparing job descriptions, and facilitating compensation surveys. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting/finance, business administration, or information technology.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in managing compensation plans and programs preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills and system analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2-3 years' experience in a large healthcare system preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
