Once market data is received, the analyst will perform market matches based on job descriptions to obtain relevant salary data for making informed pay decisions and conducting compensation analysis. The analyst will also support senior analysts and managers during the year-end compensation cycle, ensuring data integrity and conducting systems testing as necessary. The role requires a strong understanding of human resource laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
