About The Position

The Compensation Analyst II at SCAN Group is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with People and Culture business partners and the Talent Acquisition team to analyze the impact of various compensation packages, ensuring competitive compensation for all employees. The analyst will conduct market analysis, evaluate existing compensation plans, and contribute to salary administration programs.
