The Compensation Analyst position is a critical role responsible for the implementation and administration of various compensation processes within the organization. This includes overseeing salary administration, bonus plan administration, and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) administration. The analyst will evaluate salaried, hourly, and professional positions, making compensation recommendations to the business based on thorough analysis and established evaluation systems. In addition to salary administration, the Compensation Analyst will own and drive the International Executive Performance Incentive Plan process, which involves data collection, populating award templates, and ensuring the accuracy of awards. The analyst will collaborate with business and finance teams to assign budgets to participants and assist in administering the U.S. annual bonus programs. The role also includes responsibilities related to the Long-Term Incentive Plan, such as preparing exhibits for the Compensation Committee, processing restricted stock vesting, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in various compensation-related software, and a solid understanding of employment law and compensation regulatory requirements.
