About the position

As a Compensation Analyst at Vantage Data Centers, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's comprehensive compensation strategy across North America. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Compensation, your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, supporting job offers, and ensuring compliance with compensation practices. You will collaborate with various teams to attract, retain, and motivate a diverse workforce through effective compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Submit salary survey data and conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking.
• Research compensation structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs.
• Complete salary benchmarking and compensation analysis for new site selection.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate and propose job offers.
• Support the annual compensation review cycle in Workday.
• Develop and provide training materials on compensation philosophy and practices.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or data analytics.
• Data center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Workday HCM, particularly the Advanced Compensation module.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
