About the position

The Compensation Analyst at Lucid will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing the company's compensation programs within the Sales and Service organization. This position involves conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure competitive and effective reward programs that align with industry standards and support the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of making strategic decisions while providing consultative support to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness to support decision-making and program design.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support the organization's strategic objectives and reward high performers.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.
  • Compile, analyze, review and audit reward data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses, headcount, and turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of broad-based compensation experience
  • Ability to create and interpret financial models and perform data analysis using Excel
  • Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills in interacting with internal stakeholders and outside consultants
  • Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Master's degree
  • Proven experience in conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and pay structure analysis
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
