The Compensation Analyst position is a contract opportunity with our Entertainment client located in California, offering a remote work arrangement within the United States. The role is set to end on March 31, 2025, with the potential for extension. The pay rate ranges from $40.67 to $63.30 per hour, depending on experience, and the start date is as soon as possible. It is important to note that the client is unable to sponsor visas or engage in Corp to Corp arrangements. In this role, the Compensation Analyst will develop and perform Excel models and analyses with minimal direct supervision after initial guidance has been provided. The analyst will conduct market pricing for new and existing roles, assist in creating job profiles in Workday, and maintain the job catalog to ensure it is current. Responsibilities also include completing salary survey submissions and supporting annual and mid-year compensation planning, as well as day-to-day program administration and compensation program automation projects. The Compensation Analyst will partner closely with Senior Compensation Program Managers, engaging in tasks such as the annual refresh of market analysis and salary ranges, preparing Comp Analyst data loads, data validation, system testing, tracking exception reports, and preparing Workday load files. Additionally, the analyst will support the broader Client Global Compensation Team in developing and maintaining key documentation and templates, including incentive plan documents, work plans, and communication materials. Interaction with stakeholders across HR may occur to provide or request information as needed.
