The Compensation Analyst Senior at Gallagher plays a crucial role in the Human Resources department, reporting directly to the Incentive Compensation Manager. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing human capital data and compensation information to facilitate informed people-related decisions. The analyst will assist in the development, consultation, and implementation of various compensation programs and tools aimed at attracting, retaining, motivating, and developing employees within the organization. In this role, the Compensation Analyst Senior will design and assist in the implementation of incentive compensation programs, ensuring their efficacy and appropriateness through complex analysis. The analyst will create tools to manage variable compensation projects effectively and educate HR Managers, Business Leaders, and Finance teams on the utilization of compensation data and the launch of new compensation programs through webinars and presentations. Additionally, the analyst will support complex compensation projects that require high analytical skills and conduct a range of research, reporting, and analysis to bolster compensation initiatives. Collaboration is key in this position, as the analyst will partner with the Incentive Compensation Manager to develop action plans and communication strategies for the rollout of new compensation processes. Documentation of variable compensation processes will be essential to ensure compliance with best practices and market appropriateness. The analyst will also identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recurring processes, coordinate the inventory of variable compensation plan templates, and complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to compensation initiatives. Furthermore, the analyst may assist in developing and distributing training materials for variable compensation program rollouts and provide support for additional projects as assigned.
