About the position

The position serves as a key resource for maintaining the organization's job description warehouse for both exempt and non-exempt positions. The role involves collaboration with management and HR team members to create and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Talent Management system and HR/Payroll system (Workday).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization's job description warehouse for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Work with management and HR to create and update job descriptions.
  • Maintain job code/job description functions within the Talent Management system and HR/Payroll system (Workday).
  • Audit and run TCC files into the database weekly/monthly.
  • Send out missing job role code reports to HR weekly.
  • Resolve audit discrepancies with HR/HRIS and/or Recruitment.
  • Coordinate Manager Self Service Web Content and review documents quarterly.
  • Initiate annual changes to documents/forms as appropriate.
  • Coordinate compensation documents within established timeframes.
  • Obtain Scope Data annually from finance departments.
  • Maintain the Compensation Shared folder and update the Nursing Equity Matrix quarterly.
  • Track and report on job evaluation metrics and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Manage job code database for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with management in drafting and reviewing job descriptions.
  • Ensure job descriptions follow best practices and validate submitted licenses.
  • Act as a traffic controller for job description change requests and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience as a compensation, benefits, or HRIS professional in a large complex organization.
