As a Senior Compensation Analyst at LG Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in administering compensation policies and programs across all business units in the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain tools that ensure fair and competitive compensation practices in line with established guidelines and policies. This role requires you to conduct various types of analyses to contribute to the development of salary ranges, with a particular focus on sales compensation plans. You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing compensation market data to assess LG's competitive position in the market. Additionally, you will determine grade level assignments based on established criteria and prepare analyses for special studies, including legal and leadership requests. As a key member of a high-performing team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate recommendations for ad hoc salary and incentive reviews and administer incentive plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration. You will be expected to recommend actions to resolve compensation-related issues and suggest appropriate courses of action. Your role will also involve preparing competitive market analyses to determine necessary changes to salary structures and making recommendations for sales incentive plans or general compensation strategies. You will lead the programming of the compensation tool and develop test scripts, ensuring that compensation programs are effectively administered across all subsidiaries within the U.S. In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with the HR team to perform employee pay analyses and internal equity reviews, aiding in the determination of pay changes. You will also be responsible for explaining compensation practices to key internal stakeholders as needed, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with compensation strategies.
