Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to ensure competitive salary structures.
  • Manage compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Support system enhancements and compliance with regulations related to compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation programs with organizational performance goals.
  • Perform data-driven compensation reviews to assess and recommend salary adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years professional experience in Human Resources, Compensation, HR analyst or similar.
  • Minimum two (2) years of intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • General understanding of HR business processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills including data analysis and some financial modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and current knowledge of applicable employment laws.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct Compensation experience.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
