About the position

The Compensation Analyst will engage in project work within the NCH Human Resources department, focusing on evaluating existing jobs and matching them in the Payfactors compensation platform. This role is temporary and may lead to future projects depending on the completion of the current assignment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the organization's jobs, responsibilities, and requirements
• Conducts market analysis of new and existing jobs to determine competitive positioning
• Matches the job within the Payfactors platform
• Uploads required data files to keep information up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Payfactors experience is required
• 2 to 4 years of compensation experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Nice-to-haves

• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently under general direction
• Strong working knowledge of subject matter
